I have plans drawn up, how do I get started?
There are two ways to get started:
1.Simply send us an A3 Copy of your Plans to our Office – 22A Livermore Street, Redcliffe, QLD, 4220.
2.Call David direct on 0416 470 330 and he will take you through it step by step.
How long will it take to get a quote?
Once the plans reach our office, David will contact you within three (3) to seven (7) days, if by the 7th day he has not got back to you, please do not hesitate to contact him direct on his mobile 0416 470 330 to make an appointment to meet on site and go through the plans. From the time of the 1st initial appointment on site, turnaround for quotations is two (2) to three (3) weeks.
Can I get an estimate before I start?

How much work can you do as the builder?
Each situation is different. Yes it is possible to stay there while work is being done unless there is a period that the house must be raised or the services temporarily disconnected in the cases of Bathrooms, Kitchens, and Electricity/Gas.
Do you raise houses?
No. You need a separate insurance policy to protect the client, but we work with house raisers on a daily basis and can put you in contact with them.
