This project was quite a large project. We raised the house, and poured a new concrete slab underneath.
We built 2 new bedrooms, a rumpus/lounge room, a powder room, toilet, laundry and a single car garage.
On the upper level, we replaced the existing front stairs and landing. We also extended the back deck and installed new stairs and stainless steel balustrade with wide timber handrail.
The bathroom upstairs was also renovated, which enable us to do a bit of fancy work. In the shower, we built little alcove-type spaces for shampoos and other products.
We constructed retaining walls around the front of the house.
